We are delighted to announce that Jessica Farrell – Asset President for Nickel West, will be our keynote presenter for this event.
Jessica Farrell leads BHP’s Nickel West operations in Western Australia, a fully integrated mine to market nickel business – the largest producer in the State. Jessica is an accomplished leader and has brought a new energy and a fresh perspective to BHP’s Nickel business.
Prior to her role as Asset President, Jessica was General Manager for BHP Iron Ore’s Integrated Planning and Remote Operations in Western Australia; accountable for the safety and operational leadership, scheduling and planning of BHP’s entire iron ore supply chain in WA.
Jessica has worked within the mining industry for more than 17 years, and has held senior leadership roles across operations, maintenance, strategy, human resources and commercial fields. Her experience includes diversification in commodities and working across and in a range of locations in Australia and internationally. Previous roles include General Manager Port and Marine Operations within Rio Tinto, Manager Business Transformation, Mining Executive, Mine Services Manager, and Senior Manager – Strategic Initiatives for Copper.
