40th Anniversary

2012 saw the WA Mining Club celebrate its 40th anniversary.

In 2012, membership reached a new high of over 800, a dramatic increase from 200 in the 1980s and 90s.

Over the decades, the WA Mining Club has built a reputation as one of the most effective networking organisations in Perth and regularly sees over 400 members at its monthly luncheons.

40TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS

To celebrate the clubs 40th anniversary, the WA Mining Club organised 14 member events to commemorate this milestone.

The events held included:

The WA Mining Club Emerging Professionals aspires to drive diversification and innovation within the mining industry, through creation of a forum that supports development and retention of young professionals. We will establish a career-long network of individuals who are building their careers in mining.

Our monthly luncheons are regularly attended by in excess of 300 members, all eager to listen, talk and share information about their experiences with their industry peers.
