Event - Women in Gold Great Diversity Debate

The Gold Industry Group’s annual Women in Gold Great Diversity Debate, in conjunction with WIMWA and sponsored by Gold Fields, will be held at The Perth Mint on Friday 8 November.

Join the engaging and thought-provoking discussion, as the house explores the topic: “a diversity debate that begins and ends with gender is doomed to fail”.

A special Welcome to Country will be performed by Whadjuk Noongar woman Ingrid Cumming ahead of the debate featuring an esteemed line up of speakers, including:

• Raleigh Finlayson – Managing Director, Saracen Mineral Holdings
• Stacey Marinkovich – Head Coach, West Coast Fever
• Matthew Popham – Tax Director, Newmont Goldcorp Australia

With debates also being held in Melbourne and Sydney in 2019, this event is fast becoming one of the largest and most influential gender diversity events on the mining industry calendar.
