The Eddie Plume award recognises the most significant contribution made by a scholarship winner in each year of the programme. This selection criteria includes;- engagement with the WA Mining club’s programme of events and attendance thereof, engagement with the sponsor company including acceptance of work experience opportunities and mentor engagement, promotion of the WA Mining club to peers and others through social media and other means including sharing of WAMC content, compliance with reporting requirements in a timely and thorough manner, uptake of external training provided as a component of the scholarship and maintaining good marks in the field of study by the scholarship recipient.
