Sponsored by Curtin University, this event will provide insight on industry trends and developments with discussion directed by MC. The panellists will discuss case studies and share strategies to have positive impacts on cost, resourcing and safety performance that can be applied across businesses and the wider industry. There will be opportunities for question & answers from the audience.

Andrew has held a wide variety of roles in many locations in his 20 years with the mining and processing industries, and has worked in R&D, Iron & Steel, Uranium, Titanium, Rare Earths and Copper in Australia, Canada and the USA.
Andrew is the General Manager Innovation Technology Platforms within Rio Tinto Technology and Innovation.
Howard is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and a Chartered Professional Chemical Engineer and has worked on hydrocarbon installations all over the world, from roles as a technician to executive consultancy. Howard combines an in depth technical background with a wide ranging business experience but is best known for his engaging style of presentation.
Carl is a mining engineer with 20 years of experience in mining technology product design, development, business change management and technology integration, commercialisation, marketing, distribution and support. He has published papers in the area of mining technology development, application optimisation and related process optimisation.
Scott has over 20 years of experience performing various senior management and strategic roles in Fortune 1000 companies. Scott specialises in Cloud, big data, predictive analytics, and custom engineered solutions. Scott is currently managing the architecture, integration, and front end design teams of an IOT project for a large oil and gas company.
