Purpose

The purpose of the Metallurgy and Chemical Engineering scholarship is to ensure the WA mining industry has a strong pipeline of future Metallurgists and Chemical Engineers, to provide the technical expertise to contribute to the extraction and refining of green metals and rare earths.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must live in Australia
  • Must be willing to study Metallurgy and Chemical Engineering at University/TAFE
  • Must be willing to start study within 2026
  • Can already be engaged in study, however, must have more than 12 months of study remaining
