WA Mining Club Emerging Professionals (WAMC EP) membership is open to mining industry professionals who form part of our future workforce. We are looking to attract an inclusive membership base through initiatives and events that target a range of disciplines within the mining industry, including the FIFO workforce, mining service providers and trades.
The current membership fee for WAMC EP members is $150 including GST which covers the member until December 2027. This reflects a 40% discount on annual membership fees and waives the nomination fee. We look forward to learning more about your unique career pathway and aspirations as part of your application.
You need to be 32 years old or younger to be eligible for a Emerging Professionals Membership, as well as currently working in or having a strong connection to the resources industry.
If you are currently 32, and are turning 33 this year, you will not be eligible for this membership.
Events hosted by the WAMC EP’s are called Miners Mingles. We aim to discuss current industry topics and share insights from legends of the industry’s careers. Previous event topics include Maximising your Potential, Mining the Balance, Owner Operator vs Contract Mining and much more!
