Mr Lougher is a qualified Mining Engineer with over 30 years experience in all aspects of resource and mining project exploration, feasibility, development and operations. Mr Lougher has developed a significant corporate network in the financial and mining community both in Australia and internationally.
Mr Lougher is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.
