Non-Executive Chairman, Australian Rare Earths Limited

Dudley Kingsnorth has over 50 years experience in the international mining industry through positions that he has held in operations, project development, marketing, consulting and business development. His employment includes positions held with Bechtel. Alcoa, Shell (Billiton), Rio Tinto, Greenbushes and Ashton Mining Dudley is recognised as a world authority on the rare earths market and rare earths project development through his 30 year association with the industry, initially as Project Manager of the Mt Weld Rare Earths Project and over the past 20 years as an independent consultant to the industry. Currently Dudley is Non-Executive Chairman of Australian Rare Earths Limited

Thomas Line

CEO, Taruga Minerals Ltd

Thomas is an economic geologist with over 10 years’ experience in mining and exploration. Thomas is currently the CEO of Taruga Minerals Ltd, an ASX listed mineral exploration company focused on copper and rare earth elements South Australia.

Felicity Repacholi-Muir

Technical Director, Indiana Resources 

Felicity is a professional geologist with a wealth of mineral exploration and resource development experience.  Felicity is currently Technical Director of Indiana Resources Ltd, focused on gold, rare earths elements and base metals in South Australia. Felicity is also Non-Executive Director of both aspiring nickel producer Widgie Nickel Ltd and copper explorer Recharge Metals Ltd.

Ron Mitchell

Managing Director, Global Lithium

Global Lithium Managing Director Ron Mitchell has over 25 years’ experience in senior commercial, strategy, sales and business development roles including more than 10 years in the lithium and battery metals industry with senior roles at Tinaqi Lithium Corporation and Talison Lithium.  He is also the inaugural Chairman of the London Metal Exchange (LME) Lithium Committee, a role he has held for more than 2 years.  Ron joined Global Lithium at the beginning of 2022 and was subsequently appointed Managing Director in June.  In his tenure with GL1, he has overseen several significant developments including the 10-year offtake agreement with major shareholder Suzhou TA&A UltraClean Technology Co. Limited and the introduction of Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) as a cornerstone investor, in addition to the drilling programs at both the Manna and Marble Bar Lithium Projects.
