I am seeking a position on the WA Mining Club Committee to contribute more meaningfully to an industry that has shaped my career, and to help ensure the Club continues to deliver strong value to its members.
Through my current role and day-to-day engagement with miners, contractors, and OEMs, I have a clear and current view of the challenges and opportunities across the sector. I see an opportunity to bring that practical insight into the Committee to support relevant, engaging, and value-driven events.
I am also passionate about strengthening connections across the supply chain and supporting emerging professionals within the industry. The WA Mining Club plays an important role in both, and I would like to actively contribute to its continued growth and impact.
Ultimately, I’m not just looking to be part of the Committee, I want to help enhance the value of the Club by contributing practical industry perspective, strong networks, and a focus on meaningful member engagement.
Please outline the skills, experience, and perspectives you would bring to the Committee:
I bring a combination of operational, commercial, and industry engagement experience developed over 18 years in the mining sector.
My background spans senior roles across operations, workshop management, and business development, giving me a practical understanding of both site requirements and manufacturing delivery. In my current role as Sales and Operations Manager at Tolvr, I work closely with miners, contractors, and OEMs across Western Australia, providing real-time insight into market conditions, supply chain challenges, and operational priorities.
Key strengths I would bring to the Committee include:
A strong understanding of the mining supply chain, from OEMs through to site execution
Current, on-the-ground market insight to support relevant and engaging Club initiatives
The ability to connect stakeholders across different parts of the industry
A practical, solutions-focused approach shaped by hands-on industry experience
I also bring a perspective focused on collaboration and long-term industry development. I am particularly interested in supporting initiatives that strengthen industry connections, encourage knowledge sharing, and provide opportunities for emerging professionals to engage and grow within the sector.
Overall, I aim to contribute practical insight, strong networks, and a proactive approach to supporting the continued success of the WA Mining Club.

The WA Mining Club Emerging Professionals aspires to drive diversification and innovation within the mining industry, through creation of a forum that supports development and retention of young professionals. We will establish a career-long network of individuals who are building their careers in mining.
Members of the WA Mining Club receive access to a broad range of industry speakers, who discuss technical, operational, legislative and regulatory matters, as well as sharing thoughts on the broader industry.
Our monthly luncheons are regularly attended by in excess of 300 members, all eager to listen, talk and share information about their experiences with their industry peers.
Being a member of the WA Mining Club provides the very best opportunity around to meet other industry professionals and discuss topical issues, challenges and innovations with others across the spectrum of the Western Australian mining industry.
