WA Mining Club Announces New Partnership with Miners Promise

The WA Mining Club has started the year with an exciting announcement, launching a new partnership with Miners Promise, a charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families in the resources sector during times of crisis.

During a recent club event, WA Mining Club leadership shared their commitment to making a difference in the mining community through charitable partnerships.

“We are also partnering with some charities that are going to change lives—and we’d like to start the year by announcing our partnership with Miners Promise,” the club’s President, Dani Tamiti, announced.

Miners Promise provides crucial assistance to mining families facing adversity, offering emotional, practical, and financial support during times of unexpected hardship.

To mark the beginning of this partnership, WA Mining Club has pledged that a percentage of ticket sales from every luncheon in 2025 will be donated to Miners Promise, reinforcing the club’s commitment to giving back to the industry and its people. Members and guests will receive monthly updates on the impact of these contributions.

For those looking to get involved or learn more about Miners Promise, the WA Mining Club encourages you to connect with Deb Morrow,  or any of the board members who are actively supporting this initiative.

This collaboration reflects the mining community’s deep-rooted culture of support, resilience, and camaraderie, ensuring that those who help drive the industry forward have a strong network to turn to in times of need.
